Hardware maintenance services include
rectification of faults, repair and replacement of Hardware, preventive

in this hardware agreement.

On-Line Complaint Log-in facility
Once the Hardware Maintenance Agreement
is signed, RTL will provide IDs & Passwords for your locations
all over Pakistan. Your designated person can log the complaint
on- line and can view the call status as and when desired. The
administrator can view and monitor total calls status at different
locations and RTL response time. This facility will ensure on-line
status of calls, prompt response time, lower communication cost
and efficient trouble shooting. On-line complaint log-in facility
will help customer to evaluate RTL performance. The complaint
can be registered through Phone, Facsimile and email by the customer.

Performance Review Meetings
RTL and customer will arrange monthly
or quarterly meeting to review the performance of Hardware maintenance
services to over come gaps if any and decide on future strategy
plan.
